Hi Church Family!

As we approach Holy Week, I want to encourage us to keep our "eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now He is seated in the place of honor beside God's throne." (Hebrews 12:2

As we keep our eyes on Jesus, let's never forget that Jesus had His eyes on us, when He hung on the cross and paid the price of our sin, and not just our sin, but the sins of the world.

Because of Jesus, and a personal faith in Him, we have been given the privilege of being children of God. Not everyone can claim to be a child of God, so let's remember, those who haven't yet placed their faith in Jesus have their eyes on us. They're watching us to see how we live as a follower of Jesus, and not just during Holy Week, but each second, minute, day, week, month, and year of our life.

It's my prayer for those who are watching us, that they will see the light of Jesus in their darkness, the hope of Jesus in their despair, the acceptance of Jesus in their dejection, and love of Jesus in their emptiness.

As we shine for Jesus, share the hope we've found in Jesus, accept others as Jesus has accepted us, and love as we have experienced the agape love of our God and Savior, those who remain separated from God as His lost children, will see that they too can join us in becoming children of God. When this takes place, together we will all praise our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. "All who believe in Jesus and accept Him, He gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn-not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God." (John 1:12

This Sunday we will remember when Jesus entered into Jerusalem before His crucifixion. The message is titled, "Walking With Your Head Held High" and based on the Gospel writings of the Triumphant Entry of Jesus! I hope to see you this Sunday.

God loves you and so do I!
